FAA iTools – Integrating Staffing, Payroll, Pay Period, and Spend Plan Analytics
Marieke developed the iTools suite—including iSAB, iPAB, and FiT—to integrate FAA’s workforce and financial data. These tools unify inputs from FPPS, Delphi, and LDR into dashboards that support budget execution and workforce planning. Used bi-weekly and monthly, they help FAA align staffing needs with fiscal strategy across its operational divisions.
