To meet federal oversight requirements for $15M+ procurements, Marieke developed a digital approval workflow using Oracle Primavera and SharePoint. The CPST system tracks requests across three review tiers and includes automated status reporting. Within 18 months, 44 packages totaling $16B were approved, with $7B more in progress—supporting FAA’s acquisition transparency and efficiency goals.
